My ultimate goal is happiness. Whether the happiness is strengthened by reaching my fitness goals or by just living gratefully each day, a bad day is hard. I’m feeling slightly depressed, as I do most weekends, but it makes me unproductive thus making me even sadder. I’m hoping to snap out of it before the day is done, but there are no guarantees. Tomorrow is a new day and I’ll try my best not to allow this one bad day to ruin my progress. #mentalhealth #exhausted #badday #tired
